This year marks our 4th Annual Back-to-School Book Bag Giveaway, where we will be distributing book bags filled with school supplies to children in our community.

A child must RSVP and be present to receive a book bag!

We are welcoming local businesses, artisans, and food trucks to participate in this community celebration. Open Market Vendor spaces are available indoor and outdoor. The Farmers Market and Food Trucks will be in the back of the building on the Niles St.

Vendor Fee: $125 per booth. Space is limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

***Please note: Food truck vendors must secure their own Temporary Food Permit through Hartford HHS prior to the event. Contact Hartford HHS at 860-757-4700 or visit hartfordct.gov for details.

Sponsorship Opportunities 

We have created four sponsorship tiers designed to support a range of investment levels and organizational goals. All sponsors receive meaningful visibility before, during, and after the event, including recognition on our official event step and repeat banner, which will serve as the primary event photo backdrop. Sponsor logo size and placement correspond with sponsorship level. 

TITLE SPONSOR — $5,000 

Title Sponsorship is our premier partnership opportunity and is strictly limited. Title Sponsors are presented alongside 224EcoSpace as the driving force behind our featured live community competitions: 

• Small Business Pitch Competition 

• Dance Competition 

• Art Competition 

• Poem Performance Competition 

As a Title Sponsor, your organization receives: 

• Co-branding on all printed and digital marketing materials 

• Name and logo on the main event stage banner 

• Largest logo placement on the event step and repeat banner 

• MC recognition during opening remarks, mid-event, and closing announcements 

• Dedicated pre-event social media feature 

• Featured placement in the official event recap video 

• Collaboration post on 224EcoSpace social media following the event 

• First right of refusal for Year 2 Title Sponsorship 

GOLD SPONSOR — $2,500 

Gold Sponsors exclusively sponsor one featured community activity station, including opportunities such as: 

• Face Painting 

• Bounce House 

• Haircuts 

• Popcorn Station 

• Additional youth activities 

Gold Sponsors receive: 

• Gold-tier logo placement on the event step and repeat banner 

• Dedicated signage at the sponsored activity station 

• MC recognition tied to the sponsored activity 

• Dedicated social media feature post 

• Name included on event signage throughout the venue 

SILVER SPONSOR — $1,000 

Silver Sponsors receive: 

• Silver-tier logo placement on the event step and repeat banner 

• Recognition by the MC during the event 

• Sponsor listing on the Eventbrite page 

• Inclusion in a Silver Sponsor social media recognition post 

COMMUNITY SPONSOR — $250 OR IN-KIND CONTRIBUTION 

Community Sponsors are individuals, churches, organizations, and small businesses helping us invest directly into Hartford families and youth. School supply donations and in-kind contributions are welcomed. 

Community Sponsors receive: 

• A branded 224EcoSpace Community Sponsor bracelet for event recognition 

• Name displayed on the Community Sponsor recognition sign 

• Inclusion in a Community Sponsor social media thank-you post 

• Verbal recognition during the event for book bag supply contributions 

We are also open to custom sponsorship opportunities, multi-year partnerships, and in-kind collaborations aligned with your organization’s goals and community initiatives.
