Collaboration Centre
Our largest gallery space exhibiting the work of regional artists accommodates up to 300 people
standing or theatre style. Can elegantly host 150 people banquet style at round tables. Space
includes theatre lighting, staging and grand piano. Rate: $150/hr
Innovation Room
Accommodates up to 40 people theatre and banquet style. The intimate gathering space features
visual art and a projection wall. This space can be used for seminars, worship service and
retreats. Rate: $75/hr
LivingWell Center
Accommodates up to 100 adults in masterclass dance workshops or seated seminars. Space has
barres for ballet. Rate: $100/hr
Cooperative Dance
Accommodates up to 50 adults in dance workshops. Space has barres and Marley floor for soft
shoes. Rate: $75/hr
Community Yoga
Accommodates up to 50 adults in yoga. Complete with mats, blocks, bolsters and
blankets. Includes blue-tooth sound system. Mirrored wall with curtains. No shoes on Marley
floor. Rate: $60/Hr
Leadership Library
Holds up 12-15 participants around long mahogany table. White wall for projection. Books
available on loan. Rate: $50/Hr
The Think Tank
Holds up to 10 people for stRategic planning. Includes phone booth for private calls. White
wall and blackboard for notes. Station for 4 Scribes outside of fish-bowl. Rate: $50/Hr
Movement Studio
Accommodates up to 30 people for dance. Tap dance and street shoes for hip-hop allowed in
studio. Rate: $60/Hr
Flow Studio
Accommodates up to 30 people for dance. Tap dance and street shoes allowed in studio.
Rate: $60/Hr
The Cafe
Accommodates up to 40 people for private luncheon or performance easy access near the Garden
entrance. Rate: $60/Hr

Restoration
Room for massage, reiki and all forms of bodywork. Includes dressing room and fireplace. Near
private rest room and can enter by Garden. Rate: $30/Hr
Quest
Accommodates 2-4 people for prayer, counseling and meditation. Rate: $30/Hr
Howard Thurman Chapel
Accommodates up to 9 for prayer, group spiritual direction, meditation and general group work.
Right next to the Garden entrance. Rate: $50/Hr
Craftsman Suite
Accommodates up to 9 for prayer, group work, retreat and small group learning. Easy access through the Garden entrance.
Welcome Gallery
A small gallery for regional artists that can hold 10 people standing. This also serves as the
reception area for The Conference of Churches headquarters. Rate: $30/Hr
Business Growth Centre
A creative social enterprise learning laboratory and co-working space. Includes counter top
spaces with usb charging stations, individual hot desks and a 12 foot mahogany meeting table
with room for 15. Above the table is an art featured entitled, “New Ideas Open Doors,” made up
of an antique door, hanging skeleton keys and Edison light bulbs. Rate: See Membership
The Annex
A sunny, meeting space featuring contemporary art. “Mobile music,” is the innovative centering
feature made up of 45 records and cd’s and a painting entitled, “Pixelated view of the World.”
